Consultation
Your initial consultation can be done in person at our offices, through an in-home consultation, over the phone, or via email. Your personal Memorial Counselor will take you through many options and styles that we have so that you choose a fitting tribute for your loved one.
design
We listen to your ideas because you know better how you want to remember your loved one. Then we create a detailed design layout that is exactly as you have envisioned.
Manufacture
Once you approve the layout, we manufacture the monument using high quality materials and modern methods. Then we create a design layout of the artwork and give you an opportunity to review it before begins.
Engraving/Etching
Our in-house stone artisan then sandblasts the artwork, the words, and your loved one’s picture according to the agreed upon design. We use both sandblast methods and laser etching to come up with a high-quality and very beautiful monument.
installation
We arrange with you and the cemetery for installation time. Then we deliver and install the monument at the grave site of your loved one, and it will last forever while maintaining its beauty.
